Worker Injured in Illinois Construction Accident

Thomas Capstick, a former construction worker, filed a personal injury lawsuit against six defendant companies after sustaining serious spinal injuries in a construction accident while on the job. According to Capstick, he suffered serious injuries after the scaffolding he was working on collapsed.

Capstick alleges he fell Dec. 22, 2006 while working on the Sugar Fork Creek Bridge construction project in Madison County.

  • OK Fasteners
  • Keller Construction
