The wife of a man who was killed in a motorcycle accident recently filed a wrongful death suit in Pennsylvania.
The suit was filed against the driver of the vehicle that hit the man.
Man Killed in Dangerous Intersection
Earl L. Klages Jr., 52, was killed when his motorcycle reportedly hit the snowplow of a pickup truck being driven by Timothy Swogger.
Klages was reportedly driving eastbound when the accident occurred and was killed instantly when his head hit the plow.
The intersection where the accident happened has been the subject of much debate since Klages’ death since eastbound drivers have a difficult time seeing those coming westbound.
Widow Files Suit
Joan L. Klages, who administers her husband’s estate, filed the suit on behalf of herself and her four daughters.
The suit claims that Swogger was negligent for failing to pay attention to those driving eastbound on the road.
Klages also accuses Swogger of failing to operate his truck in a reasonable manner.
